Return and refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7–10 days of delivery.
Products must be:
Unused and unwashed
With original tags and packaging intact
Returns will not be accepted for:
Used or damaged items
Items without tags

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear / lingerie

  • Accessories (if hygienic reasons apply)

  • Sale or discounted items (optional—your choice)

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • If Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Refund will be done via bank transfer or UPI

4. Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange is allowed only for:

  3. Defective or wrong item received

  4. Exchange requests must be placed within 48 hours of delivery
  5. Photo & video proof for refunds

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours

  • Share photos/videos as proof
  • We will provide:
  • Free replacement OR full refund
  • Photo & video proof for refunds

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake: ✅ We cover return shipping

  • If return is for personal reasons (size, preference): ❌ Customer bears return shipping cost

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
